I had something all planned out for tonight’s post. I really did, but I forgot to write it down. Not my finest move, as I now have a hazy recollection of what I was thinking about and no idea of the quote I was going to select.
This doesn’t happen a lot – thankfully, it’s stopped happening after midnight, which is good. Saves frustration when I get up in the morning and wonder about that really clever idea, and what triggered it. I can be inspired by many things, some of which are a secret even to me.
Here is a confession: despite the fact that I am quoting Audrey Hepburn, I have not watched any films featuring her. I do have Breakfast at Tiffany’s lined up for a lazy weekend, but right now it’s midweek and also it’s getting too late for anything that takes more than twenty minutes.
Anyway, I found this quote and related it to the wanderlust that has been running through my veins for… ahem, several years. I’m admittedly not a traveller, though I’d love to be. This is more for the sake of practicality: I’m still straightening things out.
