To me, happiness is being around loved ones. Family in particular.

It’s being creative and having creative power to do something special.

It’s ambition and the drive to improve yourself and do better. Rather than saying I want this, it’s saying I want this and here’s how I’m going to get it. It’s knowing that you’re getting what you want, slowly checking off boxes on the list you don’t have written.

It’s doing what you love even if the path is difficult and sometimes you don’t have a damned idea what you’re doing.

It’s knowing that you’re aspiring to be a better person, maybe because of something someone says or does, and that you’re improving.

It’s looking forward to the future because you don’t know what’s going to happen and you’re interested to find out.
